PHP 5 is included in the Plesk distribution package and can be automatically installed by one of the automatic installation methods. To install PHP 5 manually as Plesk component, follow these steps:
The PHP 5 installation folder must be located in the
%plesk_dir%\Additional folder, where
%plesk_dir% is the Plesk installation folder.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PHP\5registry key has the
InFilePathvalue set to to the full path to the PHP version installation folder (for example,
php.inifile located in the PHP 5 installation folder (for example,
extension_dirdirective in the
php.inifile contain a valid full path to folder where the loadable PHP extensions (modules) reside.
