Managing Domains Belonging to Expand Client

You can manage domains owned by Expand client on the Domains management page. You can access this page by clicking Domains on the administration page of the desired Expand client.

The Domains management page displays the list of all domains owned by Expand client. The list shows the following information:


Column Name	Description
S (status)	Represents the state of the domain:		The domain is active.
			The domain is presently deactivated.
H (hosting)	Indicates the type of hosting configured for the domain:		Physical Hosting (Virtual Host).
			Standard Forwarding.
			Frame Forwarding.
			No hosting was configured for the domain.
ID	Shows the ID number of the domain. The ID number is given to each domain automatically after creation and depends on the order of its creation. It means that the first domain created in Plesk Expand gets ID number 1, the second created domain – ID number 2 and so on.
Domain Name	Displays the name of the domain without the prefix.
Plesk Client	Provides the name of the client the domain belongs to.
Creation Date	Displays the Month, Date and Year of domain creation.
Disk Usage	Shows the disk space used by the domain, in kilobytes.
L (login)		Allows you to log in to the desired Domain Administrator account of this domain in the Plesk control panel as administrator. It takes you straight to this domain administrator account on the Plesk server it is registered. The Plesk control panel opens in a separate browser window. Note: 1. Only administrator can use this function. 2. You will not be asked to enter login and password, as they were provided during the registration of a Plesk server this domain is hosted on.
		Opens this domain in a separate browser window. Note: This arrow is disabled when no hosting is configured for the corresponding domain.

On the Domains Management page you can perform the following actions:

create a new domain for this Expand client; to proceed to the New Domain page, click New Domain.
create and manage domain templates; to get to the Domain Templates management page, click Domain Templates.
manage DNS zones; to proceed to the DNS management page, click DNS.
manage a domain; to proceed to the administration page of a certain domain, click its name.
sort domains by status; choose the desired option from the Status drop-down box (All, Active or Disabled) and click Search. To revert to the entire list of domains, click Show All.
search for a particular domain; enter domain ID, domain name, Plesk client name or Plesk server name in the provided data fields and click Search.
deactivate a domain/domains by selecting the corresponding checkbox(es) and clicking Disable.
activate a domain/domains by selecting the corresponding checkbox(es) and clicking Enable.
change the status of a domain (activate/deactivate it) by clicking the Status icon ( or ) in the S column.
reload a domain/domains by selecting the corresponding checkboxes and clicking Reload; this will take you to the Reload Domain(s) page where you can select which data should be reloaded. This option might be useful in case you make any changes to a domain or several domains in Plesk Expand and wish to refresh (reload) these domains yourself without having to wait for Plesk Expand to do that.
Note: The domain(s) will not stop the operation during the reload.
remove a domain/domains from the system by selecting the corresponding checkbox(es) and clicking Remove Selected. A confirmation page appears prior to removal.

Note: This domain will be removed both from Plesk Expand and the Plesk server it is registered on.
