A group is needed for combining Plesk servers in order to assign a common rule or a set of features to all servers belonging to this group. In Plesk Expand, grouping allows you to assign common IP allocation policy or a reseller to a particular group of servers, and to automatically select the less loaded server from the group to create a new Plesk client on. By default, all newly created Plesk servers are added to the Default group.
The list of all Plesk groups currently registered in Plesk Expand is presented on the Groups management page. You can access this page by clicking
Groups on the Plesk Servers management page.
The Groups management page displays a list of groups of Plesk servers. This list provides the following information:

2. The Default group cannot be removed from Plesk Expand. The checkbox next to it is disabled.
